Telstra ‘excluded itself’ from NBN: Conroy

Broadband Minister Stephen Conroy has officially shut the gate on Telstra’s NBN proposal, saying the incumbent ‘excluded itself’ by failing to submit ‘one of five mandatory requirements of the RFP’.
